All finished!   Not bad for my first refurb project!  On to the next project...

Metallics & Milkglass

Not sure how I'm going to style my home with these pieces yet, but aren't they just lovely!?  I am all about metallics and milk glass right now.  Especially when I was able to find them for under $2 a piece at Goodwill.  I'm sure I'll have no problem finding a place in my dining room for these beauts.

Gold Candle sticks:  Small and Medium $15 for both, clearance at Target
Frame:  $5 clearance at Marshall's
Milk glass bud vase, creamer jar, gold rimmed cup and saucer:  $6 for all at Goodwill
Vintage mirror tray:  $5 at Goodwill

Project #1

Welp, here it goes.  I have entered the world of craftiness, prodded by the millions of Pinterest pins that coerced me into thinking I could be some type of wonderful Martha Stewart, so...

I went to my local Salvation Army to see what I could come up with to use as my first piece to upcycle.  I wanted to find a lamp base and a chair.

Simple enough, I walk in and bam, there they are.  Brought these two babies home to work on, stay tuned for the results!
